Can I briefly add fuel/oil premix (of the appropriate ratio) to the gas tank? I only need to be able to ride to the gas station a couple miles away.

Sure! Just put the minimum you'll need and then the new stuff will dilute out the old stuff. As a disclaimer, don't regularly add extra oil to the gas tank. The oil pump should be just fine!

Pre mix because oil tank run out of oil not a good idea.
Anything else should be fine.

There's oil in the reservoir, I just need to put some gas in so that I can ride it to the gas station and this seemed like the easiest way.
