Good rally, bit muddy, ice inside tent at 03.00 in the morning was a surprise and my son Callum first rally. No major problems except father run out of petrol on way home and as I coasted to a halt spied a empty discarded plastic bottle on side of road and even had cap on and dry inside. Son's tank gave me enough to hit petrol station then a stop off at a friend's for coffee and a chat in Trawsfynydd. Noticed Callum's electrics has stopped working but got back to his ok. Not a problem as MOT on this Hyosung Cruise 2 i have this week and he will have a better bike and I will take the old one on.
Also managed to catch up with 3 year old granddaughter Maisie for her birthday and grandad had to do Rolly Polly's, not to be recommended after 200+ mile ride. Was surprised the body still functions at 67 but it makes Maisie happy and her 7 year old sister annoyed who then calls me silly billy grandad Milly 😁. Well now home in Lampeter area and bed. Son's old red bike now working and he happy with the black one. People came from as far afield as Italy, Norway and many other parts of Europe.
