Saw one of these in a chic Cafe in Montpellier, if my French was more coherent I would have asked them why they couldn't display a Vespa that's better looking than a Cosa.

Let's face it, any other Vespa is better looking than a Cosa!

I rode into London a few weeks ago on the GS and got fined as I entered the ULEZ Zone, even though it's a Euro 3 bike.

If a Euro 3 bike is registered in June 2007 then its emissions aren't noted on the DVLA V5.

Register it in July 2007 and they are.

Guess which one mine is ? TFL couldn't be bothered to find out and so I got a ticket.

I'm appealing with the help of the German's ability to be really good at Book Keeping.
