Modern Vespa

Hello everyone,

I'm doing some work trying to get a Vespa ET2 going.

It was working but now neither the kick start or electric start work and there seems to be an electrical issue as the lights don't work (the indicators do but the blink very quickly) and the horn has also stopped!

The battery is new and fully charged.

As I'm fault finding I've found something and I'm not sure what it is. Picture attached any help would be great!

Possibly partially unplugged some thing. Check all fuses. And by the looks of it , I'd unplug and clean any/all terminals and squirt Tri-Flow or put diaelectric grease on every terminal plug. Also the grounds may need to be cleaned up. Hope you get it resolved.

So I ended up replacing the battery and the engine now turns over but won't start.
I don't think I have any suction at the petcock as I can see there's no fuel coming down the fuel line.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I have no suction? Hopefully if I can resolve this I can get it going again.
