Trying to find the location of the VIN number on this 1964 Allstate Vespa that I just purchased. Not sure exactly where to look. Appreciate any help people can provide.

I think It's on the chassis rib below the left cowl. Should start with "VM14T" if memory serves.

Welcome to the team. That legshield trim is a monster to replace. Glad to see yours still has it. I have/recommissioned one just like it (same year, model, color). Let me know if you need any help.
