Modern Vespa

I had a battery run down on my 400 recharged it now the red tilt lock light is on but with no horn. The scoot rides fine but can't figure out the light- do you guys think it may be just a fuse? Sorry, tried to research but did not find a lot on my particular symptom. Thanks in advance

Have you tried the double tap to the off position quickly on the tilt lock switch
