I've moved this to where more people familiar with the model are likely to see it.

Take off your switch cover on the clutch side and the throttle side look at the back of the switch. These bikes are notorious for sheering the rats nest of wires that accumulate behind the shift and throttle tube. If that isn't the culprit, take the headset top off, turn the ignition on and start jiggling wires. Since you have an audible buzzer going off you have a built in short indicator.
Hope this helps

The wiring harness has worn through in the neck of the headset. It's shorting the positive across multiple circuits.

The LML's have too many wires jammed into the neck and wear through as a result.

You'll have to remove the horncast and headset to get to the wiring harness, then find and replace the bad wire.

I've replaced pretty much every wire through the headset on my Stella. It's the nature of the bike.

LML seemed to change the switches to opposite side of handlebars, but didn't extend the (crappy, overcooked spaghetti) wires, so they're under tension.! Complete crap!

Next you will be having issues with the green bit of chewing gum covered "wire".
