Hello everyone,
I have been searching the forum quite a bit but could not find the answer to my problem.
I got a 2019 BV350 of the auctions as a repairable write write off project.
Looked pretty good on the photos and I think I got a b it carried away during the auction.
To cut a long story short. The bike starts fine. First crank every time but when applying throttle it boggs down. No real acceleration.
It appears it doesn't get enough fuel.
1. replaced the old fuel with new fuel and left the tank cap off for ventilation
2. replaced the fuel filter with another one from another vespa.
3. replaced the fuel pump with another one
4. Taken the injector out and cleaned it with carbie cleaner and comp air.
5. Tested the injector as far as I could. spray pattern seams ok
6. taken the air filter out...
7. changed the spark plug
8. Got an OBD2 cable.
- no fault codes
- Throttle lever angle is showing and seams ok
- Air intake temp seams a bit high with 42 degrees
- Intake pressure fluctuates between 11 and 14 PSI
- O2 sensor ranges between 0 and 850mV
nothing helped so far.
Any other ideas would be much appreciated..\
Thanks
