Took my 2021 GTS 300 HPE to 3 dealer service centers and they all say im crazy and they cant hear anything and/or find anything wrong with the bike. This sound it driving me nuts to the point I want to trade it in for a new one if i cant find the issue.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

PS: Its a vibrating/buzzing sound that comes and goes. Mainly heard upon acceleration and seemingly coming from the transmission area.

To avoid the wind sound so we can hear it:

put it on the stand, turn off ASR, rev it a bit

I've tried this but unfortunately cannot replicate the sound while its on the stand.

If you listen in the 2nd video (the one where I rev multiple times) each time at the top of the rev you can hear the buzz. Its very distinct to me even in these videos with wind.

The 1st video is a constant rev and the buzzing happens all the way through the rev.

hmm, makes it less likely to be the transmission itself then ... 🤔

I hear nothing out of the ordinary, though there might be a very slight tinny rattle at times, so check the exhaust cover shield isn't loose.

Per SteelBytes suggestion, I added some additional videos while its on the stand in the original post. Not sure if this sound is related to the one I hear while riding.

I do believe I can hear it, but no good guesses from where.

This doesn't prove you're not crazy, however. Razz emoticon

I hear the noise in your videos on the stand.

Does it do this after you've been for a ride and let it fully warm up?

I had a similar noise on both my 2012 and my new 23. I didn't notice it as much on the 23. Robot picked it up when I brought the 23 in for warranty/maintenance work, It was a rattle from the pulley in the middle of the pic. The older pulley was black, newer one white.
I never did anything about it on the 12.
Scooterwest popped on a new pulley on my new bike and the sound was gone.
