I have a BV350 and recently sat on the BV400 at the dealer. I had the strong impression the floorboards are slanted downwards to the outside of the scooter, putting my ankles at a funny uncomfortable angle. Has anyone else have this same feeling with the BV400 ?

No, I haven't noticed any difference. My BV350 floorboards were always coming loose; hopefully the 400 doesn't have the same problem.

Mine seem to be straight/parallel. Nothing loose yet either.

Coming back to this post… unfortunately because of the too short seat and the strange floorboards I decided against the BV400 and ordered a SH350 instead. So many people complain about the hump in the seat but Piaggio does nothing about it. Now it cost them a sale. I would have liked the bigger engine and the better suspension, but the constant feeling I'm sliding off the front of the seat negates these advantages.

Keeping my BV350 though as the SH is for our holiday home in the Algarve.
