You should be at 55-160/BE3/116 stock and with the Sito plus I would say a 120 -122 Main jet, No more than 125 main jet in my opinion and I ran that set-up for a while too.

European market 200s had 118 & 120 for auto & non auto lube engines. A 122 should be fine, max 125...

AC160/BE3/125MJ
55/160 idle
1000' elevation
40~100 F outside temps

This is what i put in all my 55mph+ highway cruising stock cylinder (no additional porting) P200's with a Sito+, 24/24E auto lube carbs that get flow matched to both the carb box and case, and the heart drilled out on the air filter. I think most other use a smaller main jet, but i have mine richer so i can hold my throttle WOT at 65-70mph for 20-30 miles at a time with no concerns of seizure.

I got a 120 in at the moment I'm not sure but I think the rest is standard. I'm going to have a look today and change the main just because there isn't much power in 4 gear.

Update. I drilled the filter and put in a 125 main jet and it seems to run fine. It seems faster in 2rd and the speed is better then it was in 4th.

That's sounding good. 125 is pretty reasonable.
