IF THE MAINTENANCE SYMBOL IS PERMANENTLY ILLUMINATED:

2023 models (regardless of whether non-SuperTech or SuperTech):

"Ignition on, Mode button/joystick to the left up to the battery indicator, hold down Mode/joystick for 5 seconds, after 3 seconds the wrench symbol flashes and "COUPON RESETTING" is displayed. Once the process has been successfully completed, "COUPON RESETTED" is displayed."

However, if you reset the service symbol at 7000mls, it will no longer match the time or distance interval.
Thank you. Now I will turn my "wrench" off.

Luckily, I know when to service my scooters without it telling me to do it.

note: with my 2019 supertech the wrench would start before the designated service interval eg at 9900km. But it can't be turned off until after 10,000km.

don't know with your model.

I tried it and the wrench remains.

Not surprising as in trying to set the clock on the 2023, I followed the owner's manual with no luck.

Then I found Robot's video, where he states that the owner's manual gives incorrect instructions for setting the clock.

I followed his video and set it, only to find that I set it in PM on a 24 hour clock so I was off by 12 hours.

I fixed that a few months later.

Luckily I enjoy riding these scooters much more than playing with their computers.

The procedure I have described applies to GTS MY23, and it is correct and works.
