I have a stock lx50 2T and i was wondering if it worth it upgrading only the cvt or would i need to also put a 70cc kit on it to make it worth it

You'll see some small benefits by upgrading the CVT, but it will be limited to better acceleration when combined with slightly lighter rollers.

Putting a 70cc kit on will also provide gains in acceleration, but the only way to reliably get more top end speed is to add more power and taller gearing to take advantage of the power increase.

I'd recommend going CVT route first and see if that meets your expectations. Making small incremental changes is the best way to gauge their individual impact.

I will put only a cvt for now and if i don't get what i expected i will most likely put the 70cc kit

Do you think this is a good cvt kit to put on

Perhaps you should start small (i.e. tune the CVT with different rollers or sliders), rather than a complete aftermarket CVT.

I am in the UK

I dont know if it is unrestricted late 2010 model
I will need to take a look at the reed valve or i will just buy a whole new one and will i need to upgrade my carb jet when i put the unrestricted valve ?
