Hi guys,
Does anyone have any ideas about Liberty Immobilizer faults ? My scooter is less than two years old and it has a problem with the red light not going off. For example I went to work everything started fine but when I tried to start it at the end of the day the light stayed on and I was stranded.
It happened twice last week and is very frustrating . After an hour and a half roughly on both nights it started. I had to turn away a roadside recovery to my embarrassment .
It's now back at the dealership and they called and said there's nothing wrong with it only the battery is a little low . Any advice would be a plus
Cheers Lloyd

So it doesn't look like a problem with a key. Check Immobilizer LED codes

There is a ring behind the panel were the key goes in and it will fail without any warning. Sometimes the chip key gets noticed, other times you panic. I had mine go out while under warranty. I think Robot does a video on how to easily access the inside of the front panel. AF1Racing had the ring for sale for a fair price.

Remove the key and try it again in the other direction (upside down or hole for key ring on the other side). I hope you understand what I mean. Alternatively, you can hold the second key very close to the lock.
