I came across this ten second video today from
sixteen years ago, and was reminded of how handily this 5'4", 120 pound lady could hoist her 600+ pound Burgman 650 onto its centerstand, something a lot of guys at the time had some difficulty doing, so I shot this short visual tutorial to show how it's done. Her Burgman was a 2006 model. She purchased her 650 first, then I liked it so much that I bought a new 2007 the next spring. I've owned three Burgman 650's since.

Getting it on the center stand is easy. Getting it off can be more of a problem.
In the garage where I park the BV the floor is very smooth, I mean not rough.

The center stand slides over the floor refusing to fold in, therefore I never park it on the center stand, always on the side stand.

I had figured out that when dismounting the Burgman from it's centerstand (or almost any other centerstand equipped machine), that if I placed my foot down in front of and against the stand's left leg, that I could quite easily lift, then roll it forward and off the stand on cement or paved surfaces without it sliding.

It took a bit of practice, and can seem a little awkward at first, but it worked well enough, and of course, the lighter the machine, the easier it is to do.

Indeed, that is I think the only way to get it of the center standard on slippery surface.

As you say, it feels a bit awkward and I do not like it. Makes me feel I risk losing the balance to the left once it falls of the stand.

Yeah, it's amazing how many people think you have to lift the bike onto the stand, instead of levering it with your weight. I've owned a big Burger and a Silverwing, among others, and as long as you use the right technique, it's pretty easy.

It's quite perplexing to me how folks could have trouble getting their GTS300s on the stand.

Along a very similar subject line, 11 years ago I took this video of my wife kickstaring her first Harley-Davidson. At 5'4", 120# soaking wet, she still managed to kickstart a 1200cc panhead.
