Modern Vespa

As others have noted, the Sei Giorni solo seat is very uncomfortable. It's hard and since I'm 5'11" and like to slide back on the seat, I end up on that ridge and they also hurts.

I know there is a gel solo seat but I want the same seat pan as ny Sei Giorno as those seat pans have a little more headroom than pre 2015 (I think) sestpans which the gel solo seat has.

I see a *new solo seat on Scooterwest - https://www.scooterwest.com/sport-single-seat-vespa-hpe-gts-300-2023-black-1b010658.html - it's saying there's 3 inches longer and more space for the rider. But then SIP says there's 2cm less for the rider. Which is correct??

I don't necessarily need the gel but I'd like a longer space than the stock sei Giorni seat

Does anyone who has both seats can confirm there is more space for the main rider to slide back than the stock sei giorni seat? Is that newer sport seat any lower than stock sei giorni seat?

It's been such a pain to find a lower more comfortable solo seat for my needs (keeping the same seat pan as stock/ HPE 2022/ higher dome inside).

Sure there are the bench seats that I could share down but the bench style doesn't look as good as the rounded back hunp solo seat!

I have the Scooter west solo seat, at 6ft I find it comfortable although sometimes I wish I could slide back another inch on longer rides. Despite the GEL its a firmer seat then the stock bench seat, but I prefer a firmer seat.

I'm 6'2" and I wish I had a well-padded but flat seat so I could easily scoot back to wear I feel comfortable but be easily able to change my position during longer rides.
