Vespa 2019 gts300 uphill starting problems

When my vespa is inclined slightly upwards it would have trouble starting.
I've swapped the battery and the issue is still there.
Anyone experienced this before?
Any ideas what it might be?

Is that with you sitting on it, or just on the centre-stand? I'm thinking stressed HT lead or spark plug cap. Or even a dodgy electrical connection to the injector.
