I recently replaced the clutch side oil seal and replaced gaskets etc. put the engine back in the scooter. Starts second kick using choke, once you put choke in the engine starts revving its nuts off. Air leak?

Airbox Carb Cylinder base Cylinder head Reseal with hylomar or equivalent and re-torque everything to spec. Cross fingers!
