Modern Vespa

Hi sorry if this has been done a thousand times but cant see my specific problem so here goes,
I run a lml 2t and during a ride i noticed that when i put the indicators on it was a constant beep instead of the usual sound, i pulled over to have a look and noticed that both fronts dont work and the back ones which ever i press flashes like mad.
Surely 2 bulbs couldnt go together or could they?
Could it be an earth issue or just a matter of the flasher unit?
Im not mechanically minded so sorry for the dumb question lol but if someone could point me in the right direction possibly that would be brill or even just advice on what to check would be greatly recieved.

Flasher would be my first guess. Check connections and/or replace.

It's the little black or orange box strapped to the rear side of the battery box. (or, more likely, dangling from the wires because the rubber holder likes to break)

Good news is that a new two terminal one is like $5 on Amazon.
