My precious Vespa has a problem. The problem is that it bogs down after few kms of riding. Usually I hear a click sound when trying to start (not in the video), which I can remove by fully opening AND closing forcefully the throttle. The fuel pump gets initiated as you can hear it on the video. There was a prior engine failure that was fixed, but the mechanic did something and have had no ASR since, which I don't mind. I was riding for few summers without notable problems. It would not occasionally not start and the clicking sound would only happen when starting, but some fiddling with the throttle usually allowed a normal start eventually.
I've now done the following:
* replaced injector (was cracked)
* replaced starter relay
* charged battery (should be relatively new, since changed last summer)
* changed starter button
* cleaned the smaller air filter (big one cleaned last summer)
I've also tried to fiddle with the throttle cable tightness which I think could be the issue. Before I was able to ride 2km, but now it instantly bogs down as you can hear. There is currently zero play and there used to be some play.
I took some video:
