Hi, I have a PIaggio Beverly 500cc i.e. - 2004 year. The turn signal lights/direction indicators stopped working suddenly. Everything else works as it should - headlight, stop, gauge, ignition. I changed the turn light switch and checked all the fuses but everything seems fine. I can't find the turn signal relay anywhere, neither on the bike nor in the documentation. I would be grateful if someone could direct me where to look for the problem?

I have a 2012 Beverly300ie.
More recent but it looks like basic construction is not much different than your 2004 Beverly 500.

What I can find in the service manual of my BV is:

first the electrical scheme:

I think what you are looking for is part 5 in the electrical scheme that is called "turn indicator control device".

second the mechanical scheme:
That part 2 "turn indicator control device" is at the front of my BV.

Maybe of help for you.

On the BV 500 (E3) the turn signal pulses come from the ECU pin 25. Then via a relay to the turn signal switch.

See the wiring diagram at https://manuals.wotmeworry.org.uk/Beverley/BV%20500%20E3/

If the ECU has decided not to provide those pulses any more (it happens) you can substitute a standard motorcycle 2-pin turn signal relay instead.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the two models are different and mine doesn't have a turn indicator control device

Do you have any idea where is the correct place to connect the nee turn signal relay?
