Hi Everyone:
I don't know there are any Vepsa dealers here but I thought i would give this a shot. I bought a 23' GTS 300 and lost the key fob. I bought a replacement and the dealer was able to pair the replacement fob with the scooter but the buttons and wireless part doesn't work. Vespa suggested changing the battery and still nothing. Any suggestions would be awesome.

If I'm not mistaken, the US models use a different key fob from the other markets and I think they were out of stock. Did you maybe order a fob that's not US specific??

Correct, different key fob for North America and Europe.

1D004096 (North America)
1D004008 (Europe)

As far as I know, the systems operate on different frequencies, which has to do with local legislation.

My dealer did verify that the FOB is the North American one too. I guess it just a bad FOB. Thanks
