Modern Vespa

I rebuilt this previously stock 50cc @ 700miles, new Malossi clutch, vario, dr70cc kit.bigger carb ect..

I do ride this bike pretty hard WOT from stop light to light around NYC.

1500 miles on it since the rebuild, in that time I replaced the clutch once again around 800 miles ago it would jerk very suddenly from a stop , now it's starting to grab again.

The previously replaced clutch had plenty of material on it, feel like they
Should last longer. Has anyone had this issue. I was thinking of grinding the leading edge of the clutch pads down too a smother angle to prevent that initial grab.

Full WOT throttles is great for the clutch as it engages quickly, it's feathering the throttle in traffic that leads to heat and glazing.

What does the inside of the clutch bell look like?

I'd be tempted to rough up both the clutch bell and the friction pads with some sand paper and reassemble
