Not sure about the GTS, but the primavera / sprint floor allows water to collect and sit.

There are actually holes under the Vespa AND lots of holes under the rubber grip strips that water flows through - but you always get a little bit of a puddle.

I wouldn't drill any holes though as there's electrics under there - including the motor to pop the seat.

There is a "floor mat" available but people find this moves a bit and if any grit is underneath - it can badly scratch the Vespa.

Thanks for that. It's really annoying. Rather not get a mat as it will rub and scratch the floor

So the designers at Vespa never saw this as an issue and I have never seen this raised before. Drilling small holes will allow water to escape but grit remain. You would need to drill large enough hole to allow water and grit to escape. Then what? Grit builds up underneath where hoses and electrical run. Yearly PM to take leg shield and floor panel off? PITA
I think this a solution in search of a problem. Why not just a towel to soak up water or do you ride in rain everyday?

It's plastic. Underneath it's steel where you don't want water. It's kinda ugly but a quick squirt with the hose clears the junk out.

Ride it more - as soon as you ride uphill any water will drain backwards. The water does no harm sitting there.
