I have a question in case anyone has tried it / considered it / already figured out why it wouldn't work: Saddle bag on the GTS.

Could you attach like a backplate or support to the rear crash bars to keep saddle bags off the body itself? Does that make sense to anyone else?

Oop wrong section, my bad. Also I should specify I mean mounting in a way that the pet carrier remains unobstructed.
