Bluetooth headset and phone both need to be connected to the Vespa via Bluetooth. You can do this with any Bluetooth headphones.

You then open the Vespa app and connect it to the Vespa everytime you ride.

The symbols on the left hand side will all go green.

At the moment in your photo, you only have the first symbol green. The middle one is the phone, and the bottom one is your Bluetooth headset.

I don't have a Bluetooth headset. Is that the only way I am able to hear volume?

Anything Bluetooth will work, even AirPods. It doesn't have to be motorbike specific.

Gotcha thank you! So really the only thing the Vespa does is provide a screen? There's no external volume via the Vespa?

When your phone and bluetooth headphones are connected, you can change volume, skip tracks, answer phone calls etc all through the Vespa itself and then this will adjust what's playing in your ears.

You can buy bluetooth attachments that fit into your helmet, or even just connect some bluetooth earbuds / apple AirPods etc.
