Purchased my bike last month - drove it 12 miles and then wouldn't start - initially got a message - software rel 020300 - and then the digital dash ent out completely - has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot - TIA!

Called the dealership - pending pick-up to them to take a look ….haven't attempted to charge the battery - but I will try that

When I pulled the fuse on the digital display / main lights etc ( when I had headlight stuck on) I had that software message pop up at reconnection. As others have said , sounds like a battery issue where the supply has been broken then re connected and is now disconnected hence no display.

Are you confident in removing the small battery cover just to check the tightness of the two battery leads? If so you could try this whilst waiting for the dealer to collect. If you or a friend has a multi meter , you could test the battery voltage. You are looking for 12.2 Volts plus.
