Yes!

The relays (except for the starter relay) are located under the cascade.

"Remote relay injection charging:
30 (white/black) input Power supply
via battery
85 (black/purple) Signal input (-) for coil of MIUG4 control unit
86 (red/white) Power supply input via ignition lock
ignition lock
87 (black/green) Power supply output from contact for injection charges"

(Workshop manual for 2022 HPE only available in German on wotmeworry. Hope it works for you?!)

Hi, my scooter doesn't come up on the recall. PSimporters/Vespa Australia don't seem to want to come to the party. The pump doesn't prime when hot known fact, the importer/vespa Australia wants flow test and pressure tests done by the dealer which is a time consuming process and the scooter needs to be hot.

did the dealer checked or did you check on piaggio's site? piaggio's site doesn't include this recall

that's jsut sucky. so you're intending to test and eliminate the possibility of being the relay yourself?

Checked by yourself on the website or by a dealer/Vespa? (Edit: See SteelBytes post above!)

If the fault is temperature-dependent (fuel pump not working when hot / works again when cold), then it is 100% the fuel pump, not the relay!

As far as I can see, the three relays behind the cascade are identical, if this is the case, then you can try reconnecting/replacing them.

Not the nicest looking relay. It's that cracking i see?

where do you live? For a youngish scoot that doesn't look so good. I live in Melbourne with my 2019 parked on a North facing porch, but not near the water.

To answer f few post way back, i checked myself PSImporters need it to go to a vespa dealer to have fuel flow tests and various others test run and I dont have time for that. PSImporters refused to help or check for recalls. I a $60 ebay pump has fixed the issue. I have emailed the warranty people with no reply....says a lot for the customer.
