I have only ever seen one of these in the gs 150 vs5t youtube video by Marius betsch. Episode 3. I cannot find it at any of the usual suppliers eg sip. Note the unique position of the switch and the winged extension on the left top side of the pedal. Looks factory fitted.
Any ideas?

A broken one for starters.

But I have no idea what a replacement would be for it.

Btw: wassup with the welding on the seam?

VNA brake pedal. The part your foot steps on is a waffle pattern.

That brake pedal needs some viagra. Eeesh.

And yeah that seam needs some antibiotics for the rash around there.

Not the one. Look carefully, the switch is ahead of the brake pivot and the extension is on the top left of the pedal. Not bottom left like the sip one

That is correct, the above link will not work for your bike

I do not think reproduction is available for that style. Check around for a good used one.

There's one in this Flickr photo set. Says it's a '61.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/31186920@N03/albums/72157625976845376/

I wonder if you could source an old non-GS pedal (to improve odds of metallurgic compatibility) and find an experienced welder to splice them?

Disclaimer: This may be hooey; I haven't handled an older Vespa brake pedal in a long time.

EDIT: Bar Italia has a gallery of a '58 model and it shows the same pedal.

https://www.baritaliaclassics.com/rg_37.html

Maybe reach out to them? They do comprehensive restos and might either have or know where to find the right part.

Spot on. That's the one . Definitely only on gs150s. And not a single pedal for sale on the whole internet . I don't understand why I have it, though. Was it an optional in certain regions ?

It looks like the same lever that's also on my VB1 wideframe.

My 59 Allstate has the same one you're looking for and my 62 Allstate has the one posted from SIP.
