Hey Guys,

I am putting together a video comparing/contrasting a stock P200 (recently picked up from Dsynder) and an Electric P200 (converted by yours truely).

I am not making an argument for one over the other, simply showing the pros and cons for each. I personally think both are great, they just have different use cases.

Here's where I am looking for your help, MV.

Are there any specific topics I should discuss? Any specific comparisons you would like to see?

I will be including a side-by-side riding comparison...

What performace metric do you think best showcases the abilities of a stock P200?

Why do you prefer a stock gas Vespa over an electric one?

Thanks everyone! I will post the video in this thread once it is complete

Ooooh ... this is a good one.

I say this having owned and loved a P200e and also wanting someone to release an electric with suitable performance without having to take out a mortgage.

The biggest things for me have been top speed and range AT speed. EVs often have projected ranges that don't match real world use cases.

Full specs on both, of course, including battery capacity and charge time for the EV. Top speed of both, but also - if the electric is faster - what is the range at the max speed of the P200? It would be like "If you drove the electric as you would a P200, here's what you get".

I am honestly excited.

Range would be a good one to cover how far can you go on a tank of fuel compared to how far you can go on a full charge on the battery and how long it takes to recharge.

1/2 day ride out comparison, mixed but mostly fun roads. Two riders swapping half way giving their pros and cons of each. I'd also take the range figures from this kind of usage.

A similar back to back for a town or city commute would also make sense.

Roll on performance from 30mph, a bit more relevant to real life usage than a standing start as it's more like an overtake.
