From what I understand, there's a radio inside the MP3 that detects the button press, and then triggers the trunk release.
The keyfob's light shows green when I press the button, and I already replaced the batteries, so I am 99 percent sure it's not a keyfob battery problem.
Is this a relatively widespread problem, or something more unique?
I can get into the trunk, that's not the problem. The issue is I want the buttons on the keyfob to work, not do the key insert-press down-twist back thing...
Thoughts?
