Trying to make a post with video attachment

I am trying to make a posting with a video but after typing text, choosing the file and then clicking Add Attachement, I get the screen shown in pic. I didn't get the chance to pick Submit.

How do I post with a video?

I just used Vimeo, it was easy and it looks like it embedded in the post when I pasted the URL here so that's pretty cool too

As stated above, the only way to embed video in a post is through YouTube or Vimeo.
