Have a new issue, just rode my P2 to the store went in 5 minutes, came out and it is not starting at all. Have spark, fuel flow to the carb and yet after kicking and kicking with zero throttle, full throttle, and choke. Pulled the plug and it remains dry. The bike is stock and last compression test was 120 which I'm not totally happy with. The carb is only 2 months old

120 is fine
likely a blocked idle jet
junk in your fuel tank would be the culprit

Try leaning the bike over to the right as far as you can for a 10 count, kickstarter touching the ground. If you're getting gas to the carb, your float bowl should now overflow and dump some gas down the venturi to give it a prime. A carb rebuild may be in order, your 'choke' should be doing this.
