battery dead. can't electronically open the seat to get to battery. can't seem to find a manual key lock in the back.

Any idea how i can open the seat in order to get to the battery?!

If the vehicle's battery is discharged, turn the ignition key to "OFF" or "ON", then press the key and turn it anticlockwise to open the seat.

Terribly frustrating! Yes, spent a good time moving the key way left and way right.

Seems like it should open.

All i get is the Gas Cover opening!

just no response from the backseat latch --
