Apart from the obvious damage, does it ride smoothly, in a straight line, with no hint of the central frame being deformed? If so, it could possibly be beaten out, but if anything is awry with the alignment you'd need a new frame. Quite possible to do if you DIY (but not for the novice!) but probably prohibitively expensive to get a dealer to do it.

is there any chance of insurance covering this? Over here in the US it'd almost certainly be totalled, but in the UK it may just be written off as uneconomic to repair, which would allow you to repair it yourself and carry on riding.
