Good day, all!

I'm hoping someone can help me out with a potential buy. There is a scooter for sale a few hours from me and I'm wondering if there are any glaring red flags at all. The doens't have original paint, and I would evantually get it repainted to a more original color. Thank you in advance for your help!

'Installed new cables' well done them...uninstalled ones always seem to work poorly.
Thats pricey for the UK let alone over your way...

Personally id remove it from your favourites bar...

Looks like an old scooter boy build.
Depending on the who's and the whats... it could be good and it could be bad?
Mostly it will be dependent on what happened to the engine. Did they port the cases? If yes, did they know what they were doing? Does the current owner know and/or have pics of the work?

Cosmetically a few tweaks and that matte black could look pretty slick. Lose the whitewalls and the red highlights and I'd rock that shit all day.

2800 seems a touch high, but then I am in TX not CA.
