Hello,
I got problem on my vespa, LX 125 2020, noise clicking from a rear wheel when moving and has load on it (used by 2 people), and on the stand the noise don't produce

i have checked to 2 workshop and they said no problem with CVT and Gearbox, At Workshop i tried to change the CVT Cover Bearing and Wheel Bearing, but no different the noise clicking is still there.

I have no idea with that, Does Anyone have an Idea what to look for?

Thanks, Best Regards

I Attach the video noise clicking if used by 2 people

Splines not matching perfectly. When on the center stand, you may feel slack in the rear wheel. Not as noticeable when cold but after 5 minutes or so of riding it becomes louder?

Yes you're right
When it's cold, the sound is not there and if it has been used for 10 minutes it appears, what should I do?

If it only happens when riding 2 up, then it may be linked to the change in chassis attitude caused by the weight of the passenger. You might try increasing the load setting on the rear shock, Also check underneath for any signs of rubbing.

Sometimes, when driving by myself, the sound appears as well, I think if the cvt is already hot (riding up to 10 minutes), the noise clicking appears

I was wondering if the clicking was in time with the spokes of the wheel as it turns...

Hmm, I don't think so because the clicking sometimes frequent and rare depending on speed

My mechanic told me it wouldn't hurt anything, but I told him I didn't want all that clicking. He contacted Vespa and they sent me a new wheel under warranty.

I've read about this on the German forum also. Same remedy.
Here is another observation (and is worth exactly what you're paying me for it). I jump curbs daily. The '22 model was clicking really bad at 3000 miles. When the '23 model started, I began thinking it must be something I did that caused it. I stopped hopping curbs and started being more careful crossing RR. It is still clicking 500 miles later, but isn't getting louder like the '22 model did. As of now, this is just guessing that the rough bumps was causing it. No one else has stated this, so it's just a theory at the moment.

Is the warranty for all years of vespa? Because I'm afraid that the warranty for this motorcycle is no longer there.

I thought that this problem was caused by bad quality wheels, and I just found out that the same thing happened in Europe to

Is piaggio motor doing a recall for this issue? Because the clicking so anoying

Different dealers/shops have different policies. My shop told me that if it wasn't under warranty, I would have to pay in advance for the wheel to cover their cost.
I've not seen a recall for it.
