Only for the new sender to do the same 😡. I have had a coffee and cool down and now realise my temp always shows cold. Would any one have any suggestions where to look I now think speedo area but not totally sure Thanks

Both the fuel sender and temp sender have a black negative connection. Possibly where they connect to the frame somewhere?

Are there 3 connectors on the back of the speedo cluster? (6pin-4pin-4pin)
If so then one of the 4 pin connectors will have a black wire on pin 1. Check its connection to frame is good.
