Are there any affordable oil filters to purchase in Canada that aren't priced ridiculously high?

I've found a KN-184 filter from Fortnine but their site says it's not compatible with my 08. Now if the design of the filter hasn't changed throughout the years as KN's website says that this filter is good for at minimum the 2011 MP3 500, then this should also fit my 08.

HF 184 is what I have used since 2008 so the KN 184 will be fine as well.
