Father of daughter who has an Elettrica

She's in London
I'm 120miles away

I'm not familiar with the scooter

She's left the keys in the underseat storage

No other keys I believe

She spent a ton on money on recovery and now it's miles away from the London Vespa place

Is there anything we can do to get into the storage and retrieve the keys

Roll up a bathtowel. Lift one side of the seat and stick the bathtowel in to hold it open. Fish around with your arm, or the skinniest friend's arm you can find, until you feel the keys. Remove them.

What she did this afternoon was very similar, I think.

She prised open the Glove compartment? got her fingers in and pulled the lever.

Now, she's getting two spare keys made.
If I am explaining properly she had locked both the ?day to day key and the ?brown master key in the storage at the same time.

I'd be interested in your view, if there's anything to add.

The glove box door is a little out of shape she said.

Well, just the perennial comment. The red (master) key does not belong on the same ring as the regular operating key. It belongs put away in a safe place (and the owner needs to remember the location of that safe place).
