Now then people, new here.my question pertains to the bracket that holds the actuator .I can't position it anywhere on the fork where it didn't foul the tyre?

Since your scooter is stock, there's zero need for a hydro disc. Sell the brake kit and go back to a drum.

Whodat definitely has a point there. I myself am not in favor of the cable actuator. I would buy the newer lower headset, mastercylinder and brake line and go full hydro or stick with the drum. Just my opinion. 🤷🏼

I would like to see a pic of your scoot out in the the sun though. Let's see the rest of that paint job.

Does this help?

The Grimerca master cylinder for their semi-hydraulic set up is a pretty bad design. I added some rubber backing to the "hose clamp" and the bracket that attaches it to the MC so as to keep the MC from slipping, but I plan to replace it with a Crimaz MC brake lever and go fully hydraulic. Just isn't safe long term in my opinion to be using mere friction to keep the MC in position. Plus it has that crappy spring design to push out the brake lever, where the spring wants to pop out, so even more reason to get rid of it.
