The question I have is that I'm moving to Italy from New Jersey. If I ship my 2019 GTS 300 and my 2005 ET4 will I be able to use the fuel in Italy?

More problematic might be registering US spec scooters in Italy - I hope that's not a problem.

I honestly think this should be a more pressing concern. Bureaucracy and all of that may be quite a pain in the old country.

You could probably buy traveller's insurance (I think it's called "green card" in the EU) and use your US registration if you don't plan to live there indefinitely. I don't know at what point you need to register locally - probably a year.
