Hi folks and sorry for having to ask a question that has been asked a million times before but I'm getting confused…

About you change my oil and coolant and my local scooter guy has given me the following:

Silkolene scoot 4 fully synthetic 5w-40t which is API SN & SM, JASO MA2

Motored coolant M3.0

Struggling to understand whether these are correct but think they are.

Any opinions?
