Modern Vespa

Was very carefull not to overfill when fueling my 2024 gts super.

When i started it it had no power unless i disable the Asr then it runs fine.
Checked tire pressure, battery, plug and did the Asr calibration so I'm at a loss.

In case that some fuel made it into the canister, how long does it take to evaporate (it 90 degrees in the shade), will this correct the problem?

Not sure if this a coincidence or will the Euro5 system cause this.
Had Asr in my 2018 gts, never had any issue with it.

I just disconnected the euro5 tank overflow hose and left disconnected, then installed a new tank drain hose. Is that enough to disable the system?

Found the problem, cramped the negative battery wire and reconnected, problem gone.

I have owed a bunch of Vespas over the last 50 years incuding 2 strokes and several Gts's,(09 250, 10 300 and a 18 gts), like everything else mechanical, more and more complicated.

Kind of miss the simplicity of a P200.
