Just bought my 2005 PX150 and need to fill the oil. Don't want to wait for the shipping from SIP in Germany as I'm in the US. Any recommendations for something I can get quickly in the states?

I suggest Motul for all your oil needs. Seriously. That or Castrol.

For the gearbox I suggest Astroglide.

You are in Europe. Best 2 strokes oil markets I ever seen there due to big companies offrering full synthetic oils on 2 strokes when 80', 90's and early 2000' had a ton of 2 stroke scooters and 75cc and 125cc motorcycles on the streets. I used Agip and Motul but you also have castrol there on the European markets. My recomendation is any oil that is full synthetic, motul for instance is very popular.

I buy 2 stroke by the gallon on Amazon. I was using Lucas semi-synthetic but have switched to Motul 710 full synthetic. The Motul has a higher flashpoint than the Lucas which means it can run and remain effective at higher temps. I also prefer the aroma of the Motul. The Motul is twice the price but I have more confidence with it cleaner plugs.

I also switched from Lucas to motul 710 I never looked back. I agree, the smell is lovely and perfomance is better.
