Rise of the Phoenix after 35 years in storage

Just purchased a 1980 P200 with a sidecar that has been sitting for about 35 years. Oil and gas systems very gummed up/blocked up. After a lot of cleaning, new oil/gas lines and a new carburetor, it started up but but running rough. I am not knowledgeable about how to tune the carb or what else I need to do.
Any recommendations for any books, articles, posts, videos or whatever that would give me a good overview would be much appreciated

Nice BBQ rack. Still has the plastic fuel selector and reflectors on the mudguard. Plenty of info here on NSM and check out Freak Moped on YouTube.

Good looking scoot, man. Youtube has plenty of vids like Rob mentioned, Vespa Motorsport has quite a few on the P200.

After 35 years its a fair guess to say the crank seals will have hardened and become brittle. You maybe lucky , but a bottom end rebuild will remove any doubt and complete with your new carb pave the way to happy summer running

Thank you for the tips! I've started deep diving the site and watching videos. Between the Robot and the Freak Moped, It's starting to make sense to me.
