clean looking bike.

just throwing around big vague numbers based on what I can see and the info provided anything from 1000~2500

but there's some inconsistencies: you say 74, but there's no turn signals. the "tuna can" style rear light was earlier than what would've been on there in 74 (tractor style light). the front fender reflectors are wrong and in the wrong location.

what's the data plate say and what are the frame and motor numbers?

In the UK, this resembles a 100 Sport purely from the fact it has the side door.

I would suggest talking to the crew at Vespa Metro in Vancouver. They are a very knowledgable bunch who can give you an honest assessment.
Looks like a nice bike though!

Nice ride.

$2500 US to the right buyer. Maybe up to $3K for a rich tech bro.

Are you sure that wasn't repainted? Looks like it has a fair amount of orange peel that you wouldn't expect from the factory.

Pretty bike!

Unless it was painted on a Friday at Piaggio factory. I've seen some real shockers on brand new piaggios in my life time, in 1984 bought a brand new px200 and the paint was so thin it came off frame when hosed down . Seen this overpainting orange peel before on factory bikes. So can I ask , it appears to be a V90 so did US models have the side door and what was it's purpose? I also see it has the primavera type speedo ; my v90 had the tiny circular speedo and no side door. Speed was awful at about 42 mph. I picked it up in the Sussex countryside and had to drive it up a 1 in 8 hill and it could barely manage it.

Definitely repainted US spec Primavera. Look at the front fender reflector replacement, no chrome bezel on the headlight but screws for it, missing badge on the tail, the orange peel, Speedo and exhaust super shiny and clean with that mileage.

It's nice, but not original.

Why does factory plate state V9A1? Thought that was v90

Yep. Sure says that. Ignore that I typed Primavera and turn that to V90.

In the later Small frames the door is referred to as the battery door as from 74 on they had a battery.

Clean scoot. I'm guessing top money would be $2500 if it runs as good as it looks.

The battery door pre dates '74 in the US. I have seen it on a '72 Prima with tuna can tail light. So it looks like this is likely a '72 V90 [3 speed] with maybe a respray (headset, orange peel...) this should have signature script on the legshield with a hexagon piaggio badge. the headlight could go both ways with a chrome rim or not. Speedo is correct and not yellowed, if rebuilt it was done well, if not, it's been kept out of the sun, both a good sign.

That's not silver, it's "chrome paint". In fact chrome is my last name.

Still, all and all, a very clean machine that would be worth looking at in person for that buyer looking for a 90 small frame.

Thanks for all the info
The bike fires up and is actually a great ride around the suburbs.
The foam under the seat is deteriorating and pieces fall all over the tank so I'll need to get the pulled apart.
The 6 volt battery is original and I can't find an original style
Much faster then my 2007 4t 50 that needs a valve adjustment requiring shims,YIKES!

You could fix the seat, or let the next guy do it. Now is the time to sell while the weather is good for riding.

Orange peel on my time-warp '74 VBC.

That's a time-warp bike Nerd emoticon
The OP posted here a few years ago with more pics (original script badge, etc).

Question:
Were reflectors installed by the dealer or the factory?
I've seen those on more than a few bike pics. And same models with different ones (US).
