Okay, so just dropping in Malossi 221 MHR into the rat while I get the original engine rebuilt to stock, just need some advice hooking up the vespower to the PX loom... I'm thinking...

Stator colour wiring to loom colour wiring

White to black
Yellow to yellow
Blue to grey
Green to green/kill

That just leaves red from the loom?

I'll attached the wiring diagram if anyone can help please

think you need to regulator/rectifier to a universal type; say BGM. Then run DC out of the rectifier to battery/electrical start relay.

No. don't believe so. There may be other solutions, but a universal AC/DC would work. did this kit come with a Malossi regulator? that would work.
