Hi all,

Does anyone have any official information on the dr180 piston clearances?

I am planning on installing a 1st OS piston on a dr180 kit after a seize.

Just wondering what the cylinder tolerances are for when I rebore.

Hope you can help.
Thank you as always.

find a small shop in your area that has a track record of boring cylinders for both 4T and 2T. There ain't nothing special about a Vespa 2t cylinder, they will bore and hone it for its size; .003-.004.

There is information on this board as stated by the previous member.

Thanks everyone. I'll do a deeper search on the boards as well.

The machine shop I use will be able to bore to the appropriate size.
