Hi All, it seems like motorino diavolo no longer makes the sequential shift kits. I was wondering if anyone has one they would be willing to part ways with that would first my 2005 PX 150? Or does anyone else make one? DIY?

I know how the sequentioal shifting works but it would be challenging doing it. I have seen a 5 speed kit in person and the gears cross-section are compromise because now you are putting 5 gears in the space of 4 therfore having to make then thinner but I haven't heard of a sequential on the Vespa.

It makes me wonder how and where the shifter would be placed. Also, there is always a disavantage on the sequential in terms of not being able to jump directly to the gear of choice. On a standard transmission you can jump from any gear of your choice, you can go from 1st to 4th or from first to third skipping 2nd. The same thing going from 4th to second and skipping third. You can't do that on a sequential.
